GET/.well-known/assetlinks.json

Return the Android verified-link JSON for the installed Authenticator APK. Returns 404 when no signing cert fingerprints are configured so a dev tenant without a signing cert doesn't accidentally publish a bogus document that would cause Android to keep retrying verification.
